At the beginning of the school year my cousin got on to the JV soccer team at his school and so this past week Molly and I went to two of his games here in town. They won both of them! So far this season they have lost 4 and won 3 games so personally i think they are doing pretty good. After this last game he had we stayed afterwards and watched the varsity team play. They were amazing! it was a lot of fun to watch. And they ended up winning so that was a bonus! Soccer is definitely one of my favorite sports!

On Sunday the 18th we went up to "Rocky Mountain National Park". It's about an hour and a half away from Fort Collins.
It was our parents and uncle and us who went.
It was tons of fun! we were there for almost the whole day. We hiked and saw a waterfall and "Bear Lake"and ate and played around, hiking through the mountains i had the feeling that "I was Home! " i had missed living by the mountains more then i thought, it was so much fun to hike around and so many memories came back from when i was little and being in the mountains!
When we stopped at a picnic table to eat dinner there was two male elk yelling at each other over a female and baby, the one male chased the female and baby and they were like 8 feet away from us, if the male would of just turned his head a little it would of stabbed us with his antlers! it was kinda scary but super cool to be that close!
the whole day was tons of fun!

"Ulta"

So like last week we hung out with our friend Hayley.
It was tons of fun. first we went to Target and just messed around looking at clothes and shoes and different stuff. we stayed there for like 2 hours we then walked over to "Ulta" which is a huge makeup store! we spent like 2 hours there! At Ulta you can try out all the different makeups so we were putting on all the supper expensive make up, it was awesome we had tons of fun "Our faces were like 200 dollars! :D
We then walked down the little out door mall and went to a Frozen yogurt restaurant "Spooners" which was supper good, while there we ran into a family from our ward the Thompsons, they have a 14 year old son "Brenton" who's supper funny, so we ate with them and talked.
We then got picked up by Hayley's mom and Went over too to the Thompson's house and watched a movie with Brenton, we then went back to Hayley's house and watched another movie and talked and then we got picked up at midnight, so the whole day was a blast!

On September 16th My Mom took our family and my uncle to this class to learn how to build a Yurt. Her and my dad both really want to buy one and build it so that is why we went.
It was actually pretty cool! they built a house in 3 hours!
During the middle of the class Molly and I got bored so we went and swung on this rope swing we had seen on our way in. It was tons of fun and kind of freaky! we both really wanted to jump in and i would of if i wasn't wearing jeans!
After we had swung for a while we went back to the class and the Yurt was pretty much all done!
We got to go in side of it and walk around.
So it was a pretty fun day.

Two weeks ago we went down to Denver and went shopping with my Mom and aunt and uncles. we went shopping at IKEA its like my favorite store ever! it is a really awesome furniture and accessory store that is bigger then 2 Walmarts put together! It took us 5 hours to walk through the whole store! but i was too interested in everything there so i forgot to take pictures of things except for the elevator! it was the biggest elevator i have ever seen in my life!
After IKEA we then went shopping at My uncles favorite store, REI. by then us girls were all tired of walking so we mainly just sat and waited for them but it is a pretty cool store. its like the 2nd biggest REI in the USA.
So here are a couple pictures out side of REI in down town Denver.

Jillian Leaving for China!

On August 24th we took our sister Jillian to the Denver Airport. she is teaching English to Children in China!
She will be there until right before Christmas.
So far she is loving it! last week she went on a vacation to Beijing! she saw the Great Wall of China, The forbidden City, The Summer Palace and a lot of other really cool places.
We are both missing her a lot but it sounds like shes having tons of fun!

Wow! sorry it has been a while, a lot has happened since we last posted. first off is our very very sad news. on August 27th we had to go in to the vet and put our dog down. we had found out the day before that he had "Internal blockage" and he was being poisoned from the inside out. the only thing we could do for him was to put him down.
It was such a devastating day! I don't think i have ever felt so crushed and sad in my entire life. it was the hardest day of my life!
So because of what happened we decided to post a few pictures of him.
